Welcome to the game of Rabaal. THE GAME Initially you want to get three bullseyes to "qualify" for the game. Any other dart you throw is meaningless. When you get your three bullseyes, you then qualify to continue the game. You will score 50 points for each bullseye you throw after the initial 3. When all players get three bullseyes, the bullseye category falls off the board and the game continues. You now want to hit each target three or more times. You don't have to go in any particular order. Three hits on a level is the minimum you need to close that level. When all players have closed the same level, that level disappears from the grids. When you have three hits on a level and your opponents don't, you score face value for each peg over three that you hit. This is indicated by the grid turning green for the levels you can potentially score on. Bonus items will appear at random around the dartboard. Hitting these items will score the points indicated. STRATEGY So, the game is a mix of strategies. You must shoot accurately to close levels that your opponents have closed, and to score big points on levels you have alone closed. After all, the winner is the player who has the most points when all levels are closed. If you close all of your levels, but are behind in points, the game will continue until there is a clear victor. Either you score enough to excel in points, or else one of your opponents finally closes all his levels and wins. If you close your levels first and are ahead in points, you win on the spot.
